Oh, the RIAA is just hilarious! They have filed thier magical lawsuits against 12 yr olds, 80 yr olds, even people who did not even own a computer for illegal music downloads!

So is it any surprise that even death cannot save you from the RIAA. Here is the story, Dying is no excuse, and RIAA Wants to Depose Dead Defendant's Children; But Will Allow them 60 Days to "Grieve" 

Is this sad or hilarious? Sad because this family is having to cope with the RIAA lawsuits and the death of a family member. I mean come on, the person is dead, isn't the case dead too?

I think it is hilarious because all I can see is some RIAA lawyer standing over a body in a coffin with a settlement form and a pen offering it to the body and looking puzzled why the body isn't doing anything!
